strives to promote under appreciated music (placing a strong emphasis on music from the local Aberdeen area).
Since its creation, HomeAlone
, has released two successful compilation albums and received press across a variety of different mediums.
In September 2012, HomeAlone
curated its own Music Open Day sampler to promote the first open day for local music in Aberdeen. This album can be downloaded for free by clicking here
website aims to showcase the talent that the world has to offer through live music videos, sessions, remixes and DJ sets alongside a wide variety of other media content.
In the past 2 years, the brand has been pushed even further with Scott appearing on BBC Radio 1, KissFM and the Bauer 3 Radio Network numerous times, being crowned one of the winners of the KissFM Yahoo! Wireless Festival 2013 DJ Competition winners (gaining a support slot for Will.I.Am at the festival) and being the opening act for Canadian rapper Drake at the 02 Arena in London as part of his Would You Like A Tour? jaunt.
Recently he has opened for acts ranging from Lily Allen and DJ EZ to Mike Skinner of the Streets and DJ Yoda.
He, alongside producer Vagrant Real Estate, run a monthly club night at Aberdeen's Cellar 35 - entitled "Scenario".
